About Golden Property Management

Originally from Arizona, Kathy started her professional career as an Aviation Electrician with the United States Navy, serving honorably for 10 years while on active duty, followed by 2 years in the Navy Reserve. Her personal values and military service have allowed Kathy to succeed as a business owner. In 2002, she went into real estate; she earned her Broker’s License in 2006; in 2007, she opened Golden Property Management (GPM). The company reflects Kathy’s core values of courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail. Kathy’s knowledge and familiarity with Real Estate laws will ensure that every property GPM manages is maintained to the highest standards. In 2010, she earned her MBA.  CalBRE#: 01348717.

Growing up in Illinois, Diana started her career and accounting studies many years before transitioning to California in the 1980’s. In 2008, she joined the GPM team. Diana has worked for major Corporations, CPA firms, mom and pop organizations, as well as retail and wholesale companies. Diana’s highest career achievement has been a 7 year period as Operations and Finance Manager including managing multiple employees and departments of a multi-million dollar corporation. Her talents are not limited to just accounting, she also has a background in human resources, as well as policy and procedural development. Her hobbies are electric guitar, cooking and photography.

An Arizona native, she moved to South Carolina after becoming a Navy spouse in 2006. When transferred to Millington, Tennessee, she started her real estate career; then in 2009, Erica transferred to San Diego, and joined the GPM team. She since then has become one of the backbones of GPM. Erica oversees all aspects within the GPM office. She is the main contact for all GPM Owners, handles all the work orders, and works closely with Diana, in Accounting. She is currently working on her BA at Columbia Southern University.

Originally from San Jose, Stephanne began her journey with the Air Force as Security Forces and continued her career working as a Police Officer for the Department of Defense for 15 years. Moving to San Diego after 23 years, she transitioned to property management where Stephanne joined the GPM Team in 2022 where she works closely with our owners, handles work orders and maintenance. She is currently working on obtaining her real estate license to further her career with GPM.

Originally from New Jersey, Anthony has been a San Diego resident since 1989, and has spent most of his time since then exploring America’s Finest City from South Bay to North County. With years of experience in various forms of customer service Anthony has a distinct talent for being professional, personable, and knowledgeable when interacting with owners, tenants, and prospective tenants. He also has a talent for audio and video production that he’s used for his own podcasts and performance work that he does in his spare time. Anthony’s excited to be the newest team member of the GPM Team and plans to bring all of his talents to the job and use them to their utmost potential.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Alexis has an unwavering commitment to customer service. With her additional background as an engineering graduate, she became excellent in critical thinking and analyzing problems. She has strong interpersonal communication skills and her charming and sweet personality, which is a good addition when handling and working with our Residents.

Extremely motivated Sales and Customer Service professional. Team player and willing to take on challenges and tasks to succeed and profit for both client and company. She is a native Californian who has worked in many industries from Horse Racing to Running a Motocross Team. She now is looking forward to working in the Real Estate and Property Management Industry. Currently in the process of retaining her real estate license to further her career. Super excited to be a part of the Golden Property Management Team.
